BEYOND THE FRAME
Nidra Art Project’s 72nd international project will take place from July 16 to 19, 2025, in collaboration with Espacio Gallery in London. Titled “Beyond the Frame”, this group visual arts exhibition will bring together contemporary works by artists from different countries and present them to art enthusiasts.
Exhibition Content
▪️ The exhibition welcomes works from all visual art disciplines including Painting, Calligraphy, Photography, Digital Art, Video Art, Graphic Art, Miniature, Illustration, and Sculpture.
There are no thematic or conceptual limitations.
🔹 Application Deadline: 30 May 2025
🔹 Limited slots available — early applicants will be given priority.
🔹 Participation Conditions
▪️ All submitted works must be approved by the curator of Nidra Art Project.
Artworks must meet the defined artistic and technical standards of the exhibition.
Artists must send images of the works, with dimensions and techniques, along with their biography, via email or WhatsApp to Nidra Art Project.
Approved artists will be notified of their acceptance.
Participation Fees (Per Artwork)
🔹 Works up to 50×70 cm: £220
🔹 Works larger than 50×70 cm up to 100×100 cm: £320
(Sculptural works must be delivered and collected directly from the gallery. The fee per sculpture is listed below.)
🔹 Per sculpture pedestal: £220
🔹 Payment Options:
Up to three installments with a credit card (interest applied).
🔹 Discount Policy:
Participating artists receive:
• 10% discount for the second artwork
• 20% discount for the third and fourth artworks
Exhibition Terms
About the Delivery and Sending of Works
🔹 Artwork Sales
▪️ A 15% commission will be deducted by the gallery from each sold work, based on the artist’s set price.
🔹 Artwork Delivery
Nidra Art Project will cover the shipping for:
• Rolled canvas works (without stretcher or frame) up to 100×100 cm
• Paper or cardboard works (unrollable) up to 50×60 cm
All works must be delivered in Istanbul by 1 July 2025.
• Canvas works must be sent rolled and unstretched
• Paper works must be sent unframed
🔹 Direct Delivery in London
Artists may choose to deliver their work directly to the gallery in ready-to-hang condition. In this case, a £40 discount per artwork will be applied.
Works must be delivered to the gallery one day prior to the exhibition, by 2:00 PM at the latest.
🔹 Installation & Display
All installation and arrangement decisions will be made by gallery officials according to style, color, and size.
Artists cannot interfere with the display setup.
🔹 Certificate of Participation
At the end of the exhibition, all participating artists will receive an official certificate with a QR code and special hologram, jointly issued by Espacio Gallery and Nidra Art Project and recognized internationally.
